Ladybug Gym was founded to create a welcoming, supportive space for all fitness levels. Inspired by the hardworking ladybug, we believe small steps lead to big results. Our mission is simple: to help everyone feel strong, motivated, and part of a community. Here, every workout counts, and every member matters!


Gym Rules


  1. No Wing-Assisted Lifting
    – We believe in raw strength! No fluttering to lift heavier weights than you can handle.
  2. Wipe Down Leaves & Equipment
    – Keep our gym fresh! After using dumbbells, branches, or leaf mats, wipe them down for the next bug.
  3. Respect the Hive
    – Be kind and courteous to all fellow gym bugs. No excessive flexing or hogging the best flower-press machine.
  4. Don't make a mess
    – Please clean off any honey, sap, or pollen before using equipment. We don’t want dumbbells sticking together!
  5. Weight Limits on Tiny Benches
    – Our gym is bug-friendly, but please use appropriate weights for small equipment to avoid breaking twig benches.
  6. Peak Hours for Worker Bugs
    – Mornings are busiest for leaf-lifters and nectar-fueled cardio bugs. Plan accordingly if you prefer a quieter hive.
  7. No Excessive Chirping
    – We love motivation, but let’s keep chirping and buzzing at a reasonable level—some bugs need focus!
  8. Personal Training for Larva Members
    – Younger bugs must be supervised during training sessions to ensure proper form and safety.
  9. Fly Responsibly
    – No zooming around the gym floor—it’s a space for strength, not flight school!
  10. Stay Busy Like a Bug

- Keep moving and make the most of your workout—no lounging on machines or blocking equipment. Stay active and let everyone get their turn!
